Phil, the owner has started to run the hostel in 1990.
He has spent years to discover every centimeter on the island and is still very passionate about giving travel advise about
the alternative travel options to the World Heritage Area.
Since
2002 Phil is running the place with his Austrian partner Ilona. Their daughter Ruby was born in May 2007. The happy family
likes to welcome guests from all over the world to show them the beautiful side of Hervey Bay and Fraser Island.
